when compile kind of project in visual studio 2015, compile 32-bit or 64-bit systems? there way find out? how control version compiles between two?

from menu bar, can see current platform project compiled. enter image description here

if press little arrow, can open configuration manager , create new target platforms.

the configuration manager available under build ---> configuration manager.
