i trying instal git on buehost shared hosting server.

but when run make command following error..

you have not permission compile applications on shared hosting. think should try vps.

update:

in tutorial author unzips git-master.zip ~/.local/scr/git-master. have git-master in ~. maybe should try again step step? think this video can you.
