mysql - Unable to connect to database using jsp in ubuntu -

i trying connect mysql database in linux. know making mistake in including jar file. don't know how give reference jar files in linux way reference them in eclipse or netbeans. running jsp pages using tomat7.

put mysql-connector-java-5.1.13-bin.jar file in web-inf/lib of directory present inside webapps of tomcat.

or

download mysql-connector-java-5.1.13-bin.jar , add using following procedure.

  1. go project properties right clicking on project.

  2. then click on libraries tab, see compile, run, compile tests, run tests tabs.

  3. click on compile tab

  4. click on add jar/folder button @ right

  5. then browse , select jar files or folder want include. included jar files or libraries show on following box of compile tab.

  6. click on ok button.

  7. finished.

simple question: i'm trying initialize array within c++ class declaration: using namespace std; #include <string> class myclass{ public: string myarray[] = {"a","b","c"}; }; and i'm getting error: error: brace-enclosed initializer not allowed here before ‘{’ token no, without complied c++11 compiler, cannot initialize member array in declaration. have initialize array member in constructor. , don't use open array if know number of elements initialize array.
